Subject: Fall Fees and Book Distribution

The fee for fall play has been set at $450 per team. All fees must be paid before you can receive your fall schedules.

Schedules will be distributed on Wednesday, September 6th at the Radisson Inn in Marlborough, at the junction of routes 495 & 20. Book pickup will begin at 6:00, followed by a mandatory coaches' meeting at 6:30. Any questions concerning fall play will be answered at that time.

All new coaches and/or managers should be present at the meeting. Playoff format for MAPLE-D will be reviewed at that time, so it is particularly important that your coaches in these age groups be present at the meeting.

Please make sure your club is affiliated with MYSA. This must be done before your teams can go to any Labor Day tournaments and before the first MAPLE game. If you have any questions concerning affiliation you should call MYSA at 800-852-8111.
