Maple Fall Book Distribution
fee for fall play has been set at $525 per team. The balance on fall
fees is due September 1st. All fees, including forfeits from the spring
season and payment for advertising in the Maple book, must be paid
before you can receive your fall schedules.
The spring fee will be $600.
will be distributed on Wednesday, September 4th at the Radisson Inn in
Marlborough, at the
junction of routes 495 & 20. Book
pickup will begin at 6:00, followed by a mandatory coaches' meeting at
questions concerning fall play will be answered at that time. All new
coaches and/or managers should be present at the meeting.
Playoff format for MAPLE-D will be reviewed at that time, so it
is particularly important that your coaches in these age groups be
present at the meeting.
make sure your club is affiliated with MYSA.
This must be done before your teams can go to any Labor Day
tournaments and before the first MAPLE game.

listing of the area registrars for the fall has been updated on the
website. They will be
responsible for verifying rosters and passcards for your club. All
material concerning rosters should be sent directly to them, not to the
Maple office. Please check for your club and make sure that all your
teams have this information. If
your assigned registrar is on vacation and you are in need of immediate
assistance please call me. The
deadline for submitting rosters and passcards is August 15th.
teams wishing to advertise in the fall book should send their copy to me
by August 20th. The
fee for club advertisements is $300 for a full page, $200 for a half
page and $100 for a quarter page. Copy
must be camera ready and can be submitted on a disk.
Ads will not be accepted without a check.
